This is a fully clothed, seated massage, created for those who have limited time or are uncomfortable with traditional massage. I will focus on specific issues required by client or offer broader, general work, as requested.

Diane began her interest in massage and alternative medicine in her 20’s. Throughout the subsequent years, she studied, researched and practiced the healing arts, including: Swedish massage; trigger point therapy; clinical massage therapy; lymphatic drainage assistance; scar tissue management; vacuum cupping therapy; hot stone therapy; Reiki; the emotional and health applications of essential oils; and is currently in the process of becoming certified in craniosacral therapy. She truly enjoys working with those who desire assistance in addressing their pain, stress, fatigue, anxiety, grief, sleep issues, etc., through integrative massage techniques which guide their body and mind to a place where they can be calm, peaceful, rested and clear minded. In addition, if desired by client, she helps them to better understand how they can work with their bodies to reverse some if not all of the damage caused by life and start or continue their journey to better health and well being. -
