She began her esoteric education in energetic healing modalities, culminating in energetic body study and Reiki Teacher while living in Colorado and California. She has been a Reiki practitioner for over 10 years and has been a teacher for 5. She is a compassionate and empathetic therapist who loves to help people. Her primary focus is intuitive integrative massage and bodywork, utilizing a variety of modalities to achieve a deeply relaxing and energetically rejuvenating therapeutic massage that is uniquely tailored to each individual client. She is trained in vacuum therapy/medicupping as well as hot stones. With presence and intention, she seeks to help you foster your connection to your body and its inherent wisdom and wellness.
